My name is Seth O'Brien. I'm the psychiatrist... I dare to say, one of the best in the town.
I lead the Ward 73 in the Battery City Asylum, also known as the Reeducation Ward. If the pills don't work and any individuals become unstable, they undergo the special process in my ward. It's in an experimental phase for now, but the results have surprised me. In a good way.
Don't bother to ask questions, though no one said I'll answer them all. *smiles*

*a voice behind you* Recently quit smoking, a drinker, used to do drugs, but not anymore, I can tell you have been depressed awhile ago; you work an inside job, and judging by your suit and shoes, you are well paid, which means you work for Better Living, but you are not an exterminator, not an office worker too, because you don't like doing people's dirty work, you like being important, I'd say you are a doctor then, but you are obviously not a surgeon, which leaves only one option...
